William specialises in civil litigation and employment law providing advice in the preparation and negotiation of employment contracts, disciplinary procedures and employment regulations. He represents clients in the Employment Tribunal dealing with unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination and other claims and also provides specialist advice and representation in all aspects of civil litigation including property and business disputes and professional negligence in the County Court and High Court.
