RSS is a way for you to stay informed of changes and updates to the Rowlands website and free advice column. It is quicker than revisiting our site regularly to check for updates.
It stands for Really Simple Syndication, and is content that can be read by special feed reading software or a web service you can use from your web browser. Put the address of one of our news feeds into your reader, and it will display the headline and full content of each news item as it is published.
