Rowlands has promoted Jenny Jones and Amanda Rowlands to salaried partners, and Latham Parry to associate solicitor.

Jones, who qualified at the firm, specialises in probate law in the private client department; Rowlands, who is no relation to the firms 19th Century founder, joined the firm in 2000, specialises in personal injury law; and Parry, who joined the firm as a trainee in 2002, specialises in personal injury and employment.

Jon Andrews, joint managing partner of Rowlands, said in a statement: “We are delighted to be able to recognise the existing talent in the firm with these appointments. These three talented young solicitors are already a credit to the firm and will be invaluable additions to the senior roles."
