Malcolm supervises a department providing specialist personal injury advice and representation in relation to road traffic accidents, accidents at work, whether at home or abroad. Malcolm has particular experience of sporting injuries and one of his key areas of practice is cases of the utmost severity. He is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and a Fellow of the College of Personal Injury Law and has also lectured on personal injury matters for the Manchester Law Society.
