New clients receive a 10% discount on their solicitor's fees for their first matter on production of the Privilege Card within 14 days of initial correspondence.

• The Privilege Card applies to the fees of Rowlands Solicitors and excludes vat and disbursements.
• Where joint instructions are received from two or more persons in relation to a matter only one Privilege Card discount is applicable.
• A discount shall apply to new clients only and for the first matter in respect of which instructions are received.
• The privilege card must be produced and the discount claimed at the outset of the matter, ie when first instructing us.
• The maximum discount applicable shall be £1,000 unless the partnership shall in its absolute discretion have agreed otherwise in writing.
