Many parents find it difficult to agree arrangements for the children such as where they should live & when they should see the other parent. We are able to help you agree these arrangements whilst always considering what is in the children's best interests.
Where parents cannot agree the arrangements for the children, an application to Court may be necessary. A District Judge will then listen to both parents and help them to reach agreement. Sometimes the Court requires additional help in the form of Court Appointed Welfare Officer (CAFCASS) who will meet with the family & sometimes the children to obtain a clearer picture of what is in the children's best interests.
